Thank you Kaleb Schofield for my newest channel art. It’s so amazing to see how creative you guys are! Still more channel art on the way from Scott Goodwin (Lazy Sketcher) but this was too good to not use!

Disability Gaming and How It Can Transform Lives! ›

This article writes about how games mean so much more than just another form of entertainment to some people, especially those whose situation makea it hard for them to take part in group activities in the physical world.

Dedicated charities and innovative developers are doing their best to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to enjoy gaming.

Not going to lie, I teared up a little while researching for this…

I saw this on Game Jolt a while back and then noticed that everyone began to play it on YouTube so now I want to be part of the crowd and play! I hadn’t watched any of the other lets plays so I was quite oblivious to how strange the gameplay would be.

It’s a brilliant game concept, using sounds to see just like a bat! If only we could fly as well, that would be pretty awesome! Unfortunately I kinda suck…

I’m back with another indie game for you! This one is on indiegogo in their last stretch to make as much money to benefit this game. I really think that the art style is truly beautiful. Hand-drawings are becoming a thing of the past now but I still think that they are lovely, so delicate and it really shows that they have spent time on this. I’m excited to see what comes from this demo!

If you want to donate or play this game for yourselves then feel free: https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/tormentum-dark-sorrow

When I come home to this on the fridge I know I’ve made the right choice in flat mates :)

This video doesn’t make much sense but it reflects what’s going on within my brain perfectly at this moment in time.

Everyone has to make some pretty tough decisions in life and we all handle them differently, I see life as a game; a really hard game! I have ‘levelled up’ a LOT since moving to London and now I want to think about what I can achieve from all of these new skills I worked so hard to earn. Who knows where I’ll be this time next year but hopefully you’ll all be there with me! :D

Some people can change your life without even meaning to, Laura was one of these people for me. Now that she’s back in Canada I wanted to make something that shows (in a not too soppy way) how much I appreciate her being there for me throughout my stay in London.

Her confidence and independence still baffles me and I feel that more people should know about the caring, fun and free-spirited personality of Laura. She’s helped me realise that it’s okay to be alone and that life is for living, not working.
